Running Man Part 2

Ok, so running over the summer was an epic fail. I ran for a month once I was home, lost another 10 pounds, then stopped running, started drinking again, and I think I gained another 2 or so pounds. My current weight is unknown, I'll check the gym tomorrow. According to my most recent run (with the help of map my run) it took me 25 minutes to run 2.5 miles. That's a 10 minute mile. And I was kicking my ass the whole time too.

That blows. Like big-time. Time to get my shit together.
